Before deciding if I am the best person to work with you to help you achieve the positive changes you desire, I offer a free Initial Consultation, usually lasting between 20-30 minutes. (To save time this can also be is conducted by phone at a mutually convenient time- usually offered within 48 hours)
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS & THERAPY PROGRAMS
If you occupy a demanding professional role that prevents you taking the necessary time out of work, I can devise a bespoke package that includes visiting you at your work place. From £50 per hour plus travel time & expenses
Offered to people who are unable to attend the practice. From £50 per session excluding travel time & expenses

Home Visits
Individual Therapy sessions are held at the practice in Church Langley, Harlow Essex. From £50 per session
